COOKING AREA: Grill or smoke on 900-square-inches of cooking space. Cook larger items on the 553-square-inch primary cooking grate and use the 347-square-inch upper cooking grate for indirect cooking and keeping food warm.

HOPPER: At 36-inches-tall, our hopper is easier to load. The angled chute feeds fuel to the fire while the fan maintains air flow to keep it burning. With the hopper’s 16-pound capacity, you’ll enjoy up to 13 hours of uninterrupted cook time.
FOOD PROBES: Check on your food without opening the lid and losing heat & smoke. Two stainless-steel food probes monitor internal meat temperature to cook to doneness.

ASH PAN: A removable front-access ash pan collects ash and provides easy access to empty, especially convenient for long cook sessions.
